Meet

Josephine Graf

Josephine was diagnosed at Colorado Children’s Hospital in September of 2015, when she was a little over 3 months old. She started having spasms at almost exactly 3 months but looking back we saw some little twitches earlier than that. She has an agenesis of the corpus callosum, infantile spasms, and the lacunae making her the proud owner of the trifecta for Aicardi Syndrome. She is physically “normal” otherwise. We have started on Vigabatrin and are doing many therapies including speech, OT, PT, and cognitive. Josephine has the most wonderful smile and laugh. She is a very happy little girl and we are trying hard to make our milestones even though we know that there will be severe delay. We celebrate every little thing and are blessed that we have our wonderful little girl.
